How do you cut a fence panel?

Firstly, measure and mark your cut lines and then using a circular saw or handsaw, cut along the directed lines. Always support the panel as you cut, and as an extra step, treat the cut edge with a specialist wood preservative to reduce the risk of rot. 

What is the best way to maintain wooden panel fences?

To ensure your wooden fence panels last for as long as possible, clean them annually, check for any damage during each season, and apply a wood preservative or stain every 1-2 years to maximise weather protection.
