The Werner Timberline Loft Access Kit is a perfect loft access solution for DIY installation. The kit is part assembled for easier and quicker installation on site. This complete kit comes with a 26mm insulated loft door to prevent heat loss. Sturdy treads for maximum comfort and stability when lifting and carrying to your loft. The folding loft ladder stores within the trapdoor so no loft floor space is used with a opening arc of 1.58m. Suitable for higher ceilings up to 2.92m EN14975 FSC certified. There is a 5 year warranty on this product.
