Firstly, secure the toilet pan to the floor before attaching the concealed cistern within the unit and connecting the plumbing. You can then fix the unit to the wall, but make sure that all fittings are tight and completely sealed.

How do you access the toilet cistern in a vanity unit?

You can usually access the cistern by removing the top panel or front access panel of the unit. These are often attached by clips or screws, allowing for easy access if you need to undergo maintenance or repairs.
